Likewise, for this special night, you can enjoy the exquisite dishes from the Signature Menu, 10 dishes carefully selected by our chef that will undoubtedly surprise you.

As starters you can find our popular grilled beets and baby carrots, as well as aguachile with shrimp and natural oyster

For the main course you can choose from the following menu: 

• Roasted sea bass: with broccoli, herb butter and lemon.

• Grilled Alaska Crab Legs: served with butter and black recado, olive oil and quartered lemon.

• Fried octopus: Accompanied with baked potatoes, aioli with dill and salt with grasshoppers.

• Grilled lobster tail: with clarified butter with red recado, macha sauce, roasted lemon and rustic potatoes.

• House burger: with ground beef, cheddar cheese, peanut butter, bacon, onion rings, strawberry jalapeño dressing and French fries.
